Hafez

Motivational description of Hafez’s sonnets

For peace of this world and the next, understand what I advise
Magnanimity with the friends, and with foes try to relate

Hafez (1315-1390 s)

He is the best musician of words and who can deny that an ideal world for humankind is a world full of joy and music
Edward Fitzgerald says about the Hafez

A world in which humans live happily and in peace with each other and this happiness and peace can be accomplished in two ways : In order to commit to friendship and love among ourselves, we must be accountable and have mutual understanding of each other

And more importantly, let’s move forward with our enemies and those who are not friends, instead of interacting and adding hostility through the dialogue and tolerance, for what the world is today dependent on, not the war of dialogue and the desire for peace for the sake of understanding. Keeping one upside down will invite him to a conversation, and the conversation is the first step in creating friendship and bringing love between enemies

Hafez calls us into a talkative dialogue, along with compassion and decency, and this poet is the greatest poet of Iran, a poet who has been inviting us to wine and joy for centuries

آسایش دو گیتی تفسیر این دو حرف است با دوستان مروت با دشمنان مدارا

Amidst flowers, wine in hand, my lover I embrace
King of the world is my slave on such a day in such a place
Bring no candles to this, our festive feast, tonight
Full moon is pale beside the light of my lover’s face

گـل در بر و می در کف و معشوق به کام است
سلـطان جهانـم بـه چـنین روز غلام است
گو شـمـع میارید در این جمع که امـشـب
در مـجـلـس ما ماه رخ دوست تمام اسـت

The happiness of man in the perfect sense and all that, in the kindness of nature, the wisdom and love of the game of the universe
The three principles of nature, wisdom and love, when agreed upon within the human body, can be a better place for life. The Iranian poet Hafez in his poetry utopia once knows the world and the sovereigns of the world as a subterfuge of mankind, with the help of the intellect. Decide for yourself and love the world of love. Man is only lucky to fall in love. Be kind to nature and love others

The cup of wine and the blood of the heart each, they gave to each one
In the action of destiny’s circle, thus it is
In the matter of rose-water and of the rose, the decree of eternity
without beginning
was this
“That should be the lovely one of the bazar; and that this should be
the sitter behind the
veil

Hafez (1315-1390 s )

جام میو خون دل هر یک به کسی دادند

The color of the flower is red, and this redness is a metaphor of itseverlasting suffering. Although the flower is always showing beautyand vividness, but the redness of his heart represents the contradiction between this joy and that of suffering. Rosewood does not have the flowers’ self-assemblies in the lonely sitting room of the community, but the smell of goodness is always self-taught with him. His outer longevity has led to the beauty and aroma of his inner body.
The Iranian world always sees happiness and sadness, and does not feel any sadness without joy and joy without suffering. The world is a blend of ugliness and beauty, and good and bad, meaning together. So no joy in endless joy and no endless sorrow.
Hafiz invites us to a proper understanding of reasonable life, and this is the art of Iranian poetry.

Friends, unlock the locks of the Beloved’s head
On this joyous night, let the story spread

Hafez (1315 -1390s)

معاشران گره از زلف یار باز کنید

Night in Persian literature is a symbol of the glory of the beloved
The night is tall. Dark and fearful night. Night is dreadful and full of trap and deceit
The beloved hair in Persian literature also has such characteristics
The curly hair of a beloved is like a chains of interconnected and disturbed
Symbol of night and black hair versus bright day and beloved face
Lovers of the story would say to shorten the high nights
We forget time by telling the story
The times that are hard for us
We’re free as birds in the cage when we’re singing
Singing the bird breaks the glory of the cage
Long nights of fear and anxiety are shortened by loving and telling stories
